Authority Note

If you're an agent, broker or any intermediary who wants to sell any land to us, you must have an authority note from the direct owner(s) instructing you to market and/or sell their land for him/her/them.

COMPONENTS

Authority Note is usually a dated letter (not older than 6 months), that names you the agent, or broker or intermediary - with your phone number and registered business name (if you're a business).

GUARANTEED COMMISSIONS

Agents, Brokers & Intermediaries should be rest assured of their very qualified commissions, even as we will contact details of the name direct owner.

AUTHORITY NOTE BENEFITS

Direct single owners obviously don't need an authority note. But joint owners (couple, family, etc), will need to provide us with an authority note before we can deal.

This documentation requirement rids our platform off of fraudulent submissions, time -wasters and unqualified sales.
