Land banking compliments the group's traditional real estate investments (e.g. – houses, apartment buildings, commercial properties, etc.) and financing (direct mortgages).
Buy, Hold, Resell
We usually buy competitively-priced lands, divide it into smaller blocks (if the land size is large) and offer it to owner-occupants or investors, or allocate it to in-house builders (DCANS Affordable Housing and DCANS Affordable Luxury Homes).
We primarily acquire lands as an investment vehicle, aside for the group's Affordable Housing.
