You need to qualify to apply to buy land with us.
A. PUBLIC & PRIVATE SECTOR WORKERS REQUIREMENTS
• Verifiable net monthly household income must be above GHS2,000
• Proof of Income: Most recent three (3) months payslips
• Most Recent 2 yrs SSNIT Statement if you're a Private Sector Employee (SSNIT Statement not required for Public Sector Salaried Workers)
• Valid ID Number: Passport, Driver's license, Voter's, SSNIT Number (Not required upfront when applying online, but )
• You must be a First-Time Buyer: Must not have owned a property in the last 10yrs or have a property currently registered to your name or in the process of it being registered in your name.
B. REGISTERED BUSINESS OWNERS
You need to be an existing webhosting customer of GhanaStartups.org or DCANS Hosting (both sister companies), for your business to have already been profiled by them to be running a viable business before you can apply.
However, if you regularly pay SSNIT (Tier 1) for yourself as a registered business owner, you can simply apply as a private sector salaried worker (as above) without being required to be an existing webhosting customer of GhanaStartups.org or DCANS Hosting.
